Please note that you will need to provide us the following documents as appropriate.
- Business Application Form, Personal Application form, and the Agreement in the attachment below (must be filled out by each director or shareholder that holds more than 10%)
- Company Registration Document[Incorporation Certificate]
- Company Tax number [CTN/UTR]
- ID/Passport- Resident status Visa or Resident permit is required for applicants that do not hold British or European members ID or Passport). (ID for all Directors/Shareholders with 10% shares or more)
- Proof of directors Nino (Tax identification number)(Copy of payslip, HMRC letter or photo of the NI card)
- Proof of Business address (A bill under the company name or trading name and office address all the documents must be less than 3 months old)
- Proof of Home Address (A bill, All the documents must be less than 3 months old)
- Company or Director is Bank information (Personal/Business Bank Statement, all the documents must be less than 3 months old )
- Self-Tax Assessment or sole trader Registration (A tax return from the applicant dated within the past 2 years and proof of payment if applicable)
- Photos of the location from inside with PC/Laptop & printer and from outside with a visible door number.
